Fashion fab: I Heart Chunky Necklaces!

Today it's all about the big, bold and beautiful when it comes to accessories.
Big is better when it comes to chunky necklaces! It also helps make a plain outfit look awesome!

We can wear this in a plain black out fit and definitely make a statement!
This is awesome because black is our best friend!

Just look at Ashley Stewart!

so fabulous.......

Here's a nice article I read from http://www.ehow.com/  on how to wear a chunky necklaces

  • Choose your necklace according to your personal style. Chunky necklaces are available in several different lengths, colors and materials.
  • Pair a thick, colorful necklace with a solid top that has a simple neckline. This keeps your look from being too busy and highlights your necklace. However, if you want to add more flare to your outfit, choose a fun print and a solid colored chunky necklace for a bohemian look.
  • Whether you wear a solid or patterned top, match your necklace with similar (non-jewelry) accessories. If you wear a tribal-inspired necklace, pair it with strappy sandals and a rugged leather purse or beaded bag. If you prefer sparkle and glamour, pair your crystal necklace with a plain colored T-shirt and dark denim jeans. Wear that same necklace for dinner out with a simple shift dress and elegant purse.
  • Another option is to wear a flowing, billowy top with a heavy, chunky necklace. The weight of the jewelry will keep the shirt close to your chest, giving you some shape, while the lower part of your shirt still flows free.
  • Eliminate all other jewelry except your rings. If the rest of your outfit is fairly neutral, you can wear a single bracelet or a cocktail ring. However, too many accessories with a chunky necklace take away from its stylish effect.

Here's some photo of me with wearing few of my chunky necklaces

Chunky, anyone???

Blue diamonds

I find diamonds beautiful...

 mysterious and amazing

These thoughts  inspired me to create this look

Eyes with blue diamonds....

So I played this song....

Lets start

Naked eyes

Apply a light blue base more than half to your lid
This will add intense to the colors that we are going to use.
I use the ever bilena advance cream shadow in Sandra

mix this two colors together(light blue) and apply it on top of the base.
Add the matte one first then the shimmery one next

get a dark blue eye shadow and apply it into the remaining space in the lid

then get a gold eye shadow and apply it into your crease

then apply a dark bronze eyes shadow to your outer crease...

then use a shimmering white eyeshadow as your highlight
and apply in to your brow bone. This will make all the colors shine:)

again, apply these two colors together in to your lower lash line

Apply your favorite eye liner  to your water liner and liquid eye liner to your upper lash line

now, into the diamonds
bought these gems from cdr king and Craft store

Used an eye lash glue and apply the glue first to where you want to put the gem

then apply the gem using a tweezers

Add more. I used bigger gems that has slightly darker shade

Then apply the white ones to your lid. You can add more if you want...

I'm done....

Your eyes should spark like diamonds...

shine like crystals

and be beautiful like the stars...

have a fabulous day!

It's Raining....
Rainy season is now approaching the Philippines.
Again, I'm kinda Emo today. I actually love rainy Days. Its cool, serene and peaceful.
When It rained, i love to go to sleep,
...go to the mall..
or watched a DVD , sipping hot soup and cuddling with hubby:)
I love rainy days...
As I look up the sky, I wonder what If I mix all those colors in my eyes....

Hmmn, white, gray, blue and black

The sky inspired me to this look...

Lets start...

Apply a white eyeshadow base all over the lid
I used the fashion 21 stick eyeshadow/liner in pearl.

What I love about this is that you can use it as an eyeshadow or a liner.
and it has a silky finish.

then take a white eyeshadow and apply it to the white base.
I used the white eyeshadow from elf 100 palette because  it has this pearl finish that I want.

Next is to choose light blue eyeshadow and apply it into the crease sweeping it back and forth

Get a light gray eyeshadow and apply it on top of the light blue

Get a clean fluffy bush and blend the two colors together in a windshield wiper motion.

Grab you favorite dark gray eyeshadow and apply it into the crease.
Crease is where the eye sockets sinks in:)

Again, blend all the colors to avoid any harsh line.

now, to have more dept in your eyes, apply a black eyeshadow into the Outer V

Now, take a navy blue eyeshadow and apply it into the lower lash line.

Line your water line with a black eyeliner and your upper lash line with a black liquid eye liner

Using the fashion 21 stick eyeshadow/liner, I  highlight the inner corner of my eyes.

This will make your eyes pop, like a lightning LOL!

Finish!

We can still be beautiful during  rainy days...

be cool as a water..

and  serene like  rain drops.

have a fabulous rainy day....!
